VENDOR TAX INFORMATION

Tax packet process: You are responsible for sending in your sales tax collections to the State of Arkansas. 

If you have a sales tax ID#, you may send in your sales tax collections with your regular filing.

If you do not have a sales tax ID#, you must fill out the special event sales tax form and send the form with your sales tax collections to the State within 30 days from the day of the market.  Each market has a unique tax form (different numbers per events).  Packets can be found below. Please download and print after each market.

Packets MUST be mailed in within 30 days of each event.

Following is the address where you should mail your form and sales tax collections:  State of Arkansas, Department of Finance and Administration, PO Box 1272, Little Rock, AR  72203-9569, Attn: Cashiers Special Events.

A list of vendors who participated is sent to the state along with their tax ID, EIN, or SSN the Monday after each market.
